The AirTAC GFR300C10ALC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10ALC1WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: a 5 um filter and a pressure regulator combined in one body, so a single component both cleans the compressed air and holds a steady downstream pressure. This size-300 unit is built with a 3/8 in NPT port, a metal bowl with automatic drain, a 5 um filtration element, a low-pressure regulator, an external round pressure gauge on the MPa scale, an integrated check valve and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and each unit can be ordered with a different drain type, a 40 um or 5 um element, an embedded square or external round gauge (MPa, psi or bar scale), PT, G or NPT thread, and with or without a bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to pneumatic clamps and swing cylinders on a machining fixture where the circuit calls for a low set pressure; the 5 um element keeps spool and seal surfaces clean.
Supplying clean, gently regulated air to test rigs, calibration benches and pilot-operated instruments, where a stable low-pressure supply matters more than high flow.
Protecting blow-off nozzles and air knives on a bottling or packaging line: the 5 um filtration keeps fine orifices from clogging while the low-pressure regulator trims the jet to what the product tolerates.
The main choice is size: step up from 200 to 600 as your port and flow demand grow, and match the port code to your piping - here code 10 gives a 3/8 in NPT connection. Where a bowl is fitted you can pick differential-pressure (default), automatic or manual draining; this unit carries the automatic drain. Filter grade is 40 um as standard or 5 um with the W code, which this model has. Gauges are embedded square as standard or external round, in MPa, psi or bar scale; thread can be PT (the standard), G or NPT; and a bracket can be included or omitted. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet for this exact configuration.
The automatic drain discharges collected condensate from the bowl without anyone having to open it, which suits unattended duty. The same unit can be ordered with a manual drain or the differential-pressure drain instead - just specify it when ordering.
