The AirTAC GFR300C10ALF1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C10ALF1WT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is built around a 3/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the W grade, finer than the 40 um standard), an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, and a metal bowl. The regulator is the low-pressure type, and an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa is fitted so the downstream setting is visible at the unit. No reverse/check valve is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, reduced-pressure air to the clamp and fixture cylinders of a CNC machining cell, with the 5 um element protecting seat valves from particulate and the square gauge showing the setting at the unit.
Supplies the stoppers, diverters and pusher cylinders on a carton or bottle conveyor line; the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the circuit across shifts without an operator bleeding the bowl.
Conditions the supply to gripper and end-of-arm tooling circuits in a robot cell, where clean, regulated air from the low-pressure regulator keeps small actuator valves working predictably.
Choose the size by the port step and the air demand of your circuit: this unit is size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port; step up to 400 or 600, or down to 200, as the application requires. Drain type is a real choice - automatic (as fitted here) empties the bowl without operator attention, manual relies on a scheduled bleed, and differential-pressure drains on a pressure drop. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (the W code fitted here) where finer particulate control matters. Gauges can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scale; thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; a bracket is included unless the J code is specified. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your supply pressure and the air demand of the application and we will confirm the flow from the GFR300 datasheet on request.
L makes this the low-pressure regulator variant of the GFR300; the exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published in our sheet, so we confirm it on request. W is the 5 um filter element (finer than the 40 um standard), A is the automatic drain, and T is the NPT thread. The fitted gauge is the embedded square type scaled in MPa.
