The AirTAC GFR300C10ALF2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10ALF2WG is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds a downstream pressure setting. This configuration is the low-pressure type, with G3/8 (BSPP) ports, a 5 um filter element, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, a metal bowl, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a mounting bracket included. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, plus options for drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale, and G or NPT thread in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds clamp and hold-down cylinders that run at reduced set pressures, filtering the supply to 5 um while the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the valve stack.
Conditions air for gripper and pick-and-place actuators on a robot cell, with the square psi gauge giving a local set-point reading right at the cell drop.
Serves low-pressure air circuits in a paint or coating booth where the 5 um element helps protect spray equipment and the automatic drain handles moisture carryover.
Pick the size by the port and flow step: 200, 300, 400 and 600 correspond to larger ports and higher flow capability, so match the 3/8-inch G3/8 port here to your piping and let us confirm the flow curve against your demand. Drain choice is differential-pressure (the default), automatic (this unit) or manual; the 5 um element (code W) is the finer option against the 40 um standard. Gauge scale can be ordered as MPa, psi or bar, and thread is available as PT (the standard), G or NPT. A bracket is included on this unit; a no-bracket version (code J) exists in the family. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves rather than a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and air demand, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so ask us to confirm it for your circuit. A adds an automatic drain, which expels condensate from the metal bowl without manual intervention. F2 is the embedded square gauge with a psi scale, and W is the finer 5 um filter element instead of the 40 um standard.
