The AirTAC GFR300C10ALF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR series combines filtration and pressure regulation in a single body: compressed air is first stripped of water and particulate, then passed through the integrated regulator. This unit is the 300 size with a 3/8 in NPT port, fitted with a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain that ejects collected condensate without manual attention, and the low-pressure regulator type for circuits that run below standard working pressures. The embedded square gauge reads in bar, a reverse/check valve is fitted, the bowl is metal, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options for drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge scale, thread form (PT standard, G and NPT to order) and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the flow and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a CNC fixture line that clamps workpieces at reduced circuit pressure, this filter regulator cleans the supply of water and swarf-laden condensate and holds the set pressure to the clamp cylinders, with the bar-scale gauge giving the operator a direct reading at the machine.
Sorting conveyors that kick parcels between lanes with short-stroke cylinders need clean, dry air and a stable, moderate supply pressure. This unit filters the line feed at 5 um, drains condensate automatically during continuous shifts, and its check valve holds the circuit if the upstream supply drops.
A laboratory bench that leak-checks or function-tests pneumatic components at low supply pressures benefits from the low-pressure regulator type: the 5 um element protects the test specimens, and the square bar gauge lets the technician set and verify the test pressure directly.
Start with the port step: the 300 size in 3/8 in NPT suits lines plumbed at that port, but step up to 400 or 600 where the circuit demands more passage - the published flow curves, not a single number, decide the correct size, so send us your demand and we will confirm the fit. This configuration already carries the 5 um element (the 40 um standard element is the alternative), the automatic drain (manual and differential-pressure drains are the other choices), the low-pressure regulator type, a square gauge in bar, and a bracket. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard form and G (BSPP) is also an order option. Because flow is published only as curves, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM number. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves for this 300-size, 3/8 in NPT unit before you order.
The A in the code specifies the automatic drain, which ejects collected condensate from the bowl without operator attention - useful on unattended or continuously running lines. The GFR family also offers a manual drain (drained by hand) and a differential-pressure drain as the default; this configuration ships with the automatic type already fitted.
