The AirTAC GFR300C10ANT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10ANT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one compact body. This size 300 unit is fitted with 3/8 in NPT ports, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, and standard 40 um filtration. The regulator adjusts over 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No gauge is fitted on this variant, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of PT, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, manual or automatic drains, an optional 5 um filter element, and optional gauge configurations. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to pneumatic clamps, tool-change cylinders and chip-clearing jets on a machining centre, with the automatic drain handling condensate between shifts.
Conditioning the air feeding conveyor stoppers, sealing bars and carton-eject cylinders on a packaging line, where filtered and regulated pressure keeps cycle behaviour consistent.
Supplying a directional-valve manifold that drives grippers and press cylinders at an assembly station, protecting the valves from water and particles while holding a set working pressure.
Size 300 with 3/8 in NPT ports suits lines where moderate flow and a mid-range connection are required; step up to size 400 or 600, or down to size 200, according to the flow your circuit needs. The automatic drain on this unit suits unattended or hard-to-reach installations; choose a manual drain where you prefer supervised draining, and note that the manual-drain variant also widens the regulation range down to 0.05 MPa. The standard 40 um element covers general pneumatic protection; specify the 5 um (W) element where finer filtration is needed. Thread options are PT (standard), G (BSPP) and NPT - this unit carries NPT. A gauge is not fitted; gauge and scale options can be selected on other variants. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The A in the model code selects the automatic drain, which expels collected condensate without manual attention - useful for unattended installations. With an automatic drain, the regulator adjusts over 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi); the manual-drain variant of this series extends the lower end of the range down to 0.05 MPa (7 psi).
