The AirTAC GFR300C10C1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10C1T is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in a single body. This unit is built in the GFR300 size with NPT3/8 ports, a 40 um standard filter element and a differential-pressure drain that discharges collected condensate when the pressure differential across it rises. It is supplied with a round MPa pressure gauge, a polycarbonate bowl (standard for the 300 size), a mounting bracket and a standard regulator with a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) setting range. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT, G(BSPP) or NPT threads, 40 um or 5 um (code W) filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, and round or square gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the directional valves and cylinders of a pneumatic punch press, holding a steady setpoint as the line cycles.
Conditioning supply air for grippers, vacuum ejectors and small actuators on a robotic assembly cell, where clean, stable pressure protects cycle consistency.
Regulating air to diverters, pushers and clamp cylinders along a packaging conveyor, with the 40 um element stopping scale and pipe debris from reaching the valves.
Choose the size by port and expected flow: GFR200 through GFR600 step up in port from 1/8 to 1 inch, so match the port to your line and let us check the flow curve against your demand before ordering. Pick the drain: differential-pressure (this unit, which drains on pressure differential), automatic (code A) or manual (code M). Pick the filter grade: 40 um standard or 5 um with code W for finer protection. Gauges: an embedded square gauge is standard and an external round gauge is optional, in MPa, psi or bar scales. Threads: PT is the standard, with G(BSPP) and NPT as catalogue options ordered by suffix; brackets are included unless code J is specified. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, port size and air demand and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve for this unit on request.
This unit has the differential-pressure drain, which discharges condensate when the pressure differential across it rises. Code A gives an automatic drain and code M a manual drain you open yourself. The drain choice also affects the setting range: manual-drain units can be adjusted down to 0.05 MPa, while this differential-pressure unit sets from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa.
