The AirTAC GFR300C10C1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10C1WT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady. This size 300 unit is threaded NPT3/8, carries the finer 5 um filtering element, drains condensate by differential pressure, and is fitted with a round pressure gauge reading in MPa. The regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The polycarbonate bowl and mounting bracket are included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and the same body can be ordered with a 40 um element, automatic or manual drain, an embedded square or optional external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales, a low-pressure regulator, a reverse/check valve, or G(BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed ahead of the solenoid valves on a CNC machining centre, it drops shop air to the working pressure while the 5 um element keeps scale and pipe debris out of the valve seats.
On a carton sorting conveyor, the unit regulates the supply to the diverter cylinders and drains condensed water by differential pressure before it can reach the actuators.
Feeding spray guns in a finishing booth, it holds a steady set pressure at the gun and strips water and particles from the air that would otherwise spoil the finish.
Size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port is the mid-range step in the GFR line; step up to size 400 or 600, or down to size 200, as your air demand dictates. The decodable choices are: drain type (differential-pressure as fitted here, automatic with code A, or manual with code M), filter grade (40 um standard or the finer 5 um with code W, fitted here), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and style (embedded square or external round), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options), and bracket (included here; code J deletes it). Flow for the GFR series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The GFR series comes with a 40 um element as standard; the W code orders the finer 5 um grade, which is fitted here. Choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need cleaner air; the 40 um grade remains available as an order option.
