The AirTAC GFR300C10C2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/8 Round Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10C2K is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This size-300 unit is threaded PT3/8, uses the standard 40 um filter element, and drains collected condensate by differential pressure, so it works whenever air is flowing and needs no manual draining in normal service. It is fitted with a round pressure gauge reading in psi, a reverse (check) valve to hold downstream pressure if the supply drops, and a mounting bracket is included. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge and scale options, and G or NPT threads as order options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air feed for a pneumatic press or clamping fixture, where the check valve holds the set pressure against supply dips and the 40 um element keeps water and scale out of the valve stack.
Point-of-use air preparation for cylinder-driven diverters and pushers on a packaging conveyor, with the psi gauge letting operators set and verify the pressure the actuators were designed for.
Filtered, regulated air for a CNC machine tool's pneumatic circuits - tool-change cylinders and air-powered clamps - with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate during continuous cutting shifts.
Start with the port and size step: this unit is size 300 with a PT3/8 port; step up to size 400 or 600 if your line needs more flow, or down to size 200 for compact point-of-use drops. The drain here is differential-pressure (the default); automatic or manual drains are available as order options. The 40 um element suits general plant air - choose the 5 um W option if downstream equipment needs finer filtration. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; square embedded gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available to order, and the bracket is included.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a flow number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing and the full datasheet on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not state a flow number on the page. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the correct size and the datasheet figures on request before you order.
This unit drains condensate automatically whenever air flows past the element, so there is no drain valve to operate in normal service. Automatic and manual drains are catalogue options on the GFR series; note that the regulator adjustment range differs by drain type (0.15-0.9 MPa / 20-130 psi for this differential-pressure version, 0.05-0.9 MPa / 7-130 psi with a manual drain).
