The AirTAC GFR300C10C2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10C2TK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 300 unit is threaded NPT3/8, carries a 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain behind a polycarbonate bowl, and is fitted with an external round gauge reading in psi, a reverse/check valve and a mounting bracket. Its regulation range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, plus manual or automatic drain, a 5 um element (code W), gauge and scale choices and a low-pressure type. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air for grippers, stopper cylinders and valve manifolds on a beverage bottling line, with the 40 um element and bowl keeping water and debris out of the downstream valves.
Filtered and regulated supply to pneumatic clamps and tool-change cylinders on a CNC machining cell, with the reverse/check valve holding the set downstream pressure if the shop air dips.
Regulated air to diverter gates and pusher cylinders on a parcel-sort conveyor, with the round psi gauge letting line staff read and set the pressure at the machine.
Size and port are the first choice: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, and this unit sits at size 300 with a 3/8 inch NPT thread. Drain type is decodable - differential-pressure (this unit), automatic (A) or manual (M) - and filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. The gauge can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales; this configuration carries a round gauge reading in psi. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and the bracket can be omitted with code J.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this exact configuration on request.
K means a reverse/check valve is fitted, so the downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. The rest of the code decodes as: size 300, NPT3/8 port, differential-pressure drain, 40 um element, round gauge with psi scale, standard regulator type and bracket included.
