The AirTAC GFR300C10C3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10C3TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a single body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady at your set point. This size 300 unit has a 3/8 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure drop across the element rises. The fitted round gauge reads in bar, and the built-in check valve (code K) lets downstream air pass back through the regulator when the supply is shut off. A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, optional 5 um filtration (code W), automatic or manual drains, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP), NPT or PT threads. Rated flow for this unit is published as a curve rather than a single figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet numbers for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to clamping cylinders and swing clamps on a machining centre fixture, with the check valve holding the clamp circuit if the shop supply drops.
Supplies the air cylinders that push, divert and stop packs on a bottling or carton conveyor, keeping moisture and scale out of the valves while holding a stable set point.
Prepares the actuation supply for pneumatic butterfly and ball valves on a plant utility skid, protecting positioners and solenoid pilots from water and particulate carryover.
Size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port suits lines where moderate-to-high air demand rules out 1/4 in units; step up to size 400 or 600 for larger consumers, or down to 200 for compact panels. The 40 um element is the standard choice for general plant air; specify the W option only if the application calls for 5 um. The differential-pressure drain works without attention as long as the unit is flowing regularly; choose the automatic drain for intermittent duty and the manual drain where an operator can bleed the bowl on schedule. The fitted round gauge reads in bar; square gauges and MPa or psi scales are order options, and G (BSPP) or PT threads can be substituted for NPT when ordering.
Because AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your line demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR family as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can honestly quote. Tell us your line demand and downstream pressure and we will confirm the datasheet curve values for this exact unit before you order.
C3 specifies the round external gauge fitted to this unit, reading in bar (scales 1, 2 and 3 correspond to MPa, psi and bar). K means a reverse (check) valve is built in, so downstream air can exhaust back through the regulator when the upstream supply is closed. The unit also carries the standard 40 um element and the differential-pressure drain.
