The AirTAC GFR300C10JC2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10JC2WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is a 3/8 in NPT port unit with a 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve; no mounting bracket is fitted. The regulated outlet covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the size-300 bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include 40 um or 5 um filtration, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a stamping or assembly press fed from a plant air ring main, this unit strips water and particles down to 5 um from the incoming supply and holds a set regulated pressure for the press control valves.
At a parcel-sorting conveyor with air-driven diverter gates, the unit conditions the branch supply and regulates pressure to the gate cylinders, while the built-in check valve holds the branch if the main supply dips.
On a laboratory automation skid driving pick-and-place actuators, the 5 um element protects precision valves from particulates and the round psi gauge gives a clearly readable setpoint for the actuator circuit.
Match the size and port to the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port, and larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow - but flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so let us confirm the fit against your application before ordering. Drain options are differential-pressure (fitted here), automatic (A) or manual (M). Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W, as selected on this unit. Gauges: an embedded square gauge is standard and an external round gauge is optional, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread: PT is the standard, while G (BSPP) and NPT (this unit) are catalogue order options. Brackets are optional; this configuration is supplied without one.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The W code selects the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard. Choose 5 um where downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need finer protection; 40 um suits general workshop air. Both grades are available across the GFR range.
