The AirTAC GFR300C10JF2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10JF2 is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a PT3/8 (3/8 in) port with PT thread, a 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain in the polycarbonate bowl, and a standard-type regulator with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). A square gauge with a psi scale is fitted so the set pressure can be read directly at the unit. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket is included and no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with optional 5 um filtration (code W), automatic or manual drains, alternative gauge scales (MPa, psi, bar), G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and bracket options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the relevant datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditioning the supply to a machining center's tool-clamp and actuator circuits: water and swarf-laden particulate are stripped out at the 40 um element while the regulator holds a steady set pressure at the machine manifold, read on the psi gauge.
Feeding clean, regulated air to heat-seal cylinders and vacuum generators on a packaging conveyor line, where the differential-pressure drain clears accumulated condensate during normal operation without stopping the line.
Delivering filtered air at a stable set pressure to spray guns in a finishing booth, protecting the gun and finish from water and pipe-scale while the operator sets line pressure directly on the psi-scaled gauge.
Size and port are the first choice: the GFR range steps through 200, 300, 400 and 600 with matching ports, so pick the size whose flow curve covers your demand at the working pressure rather than oversizing blindly. Next, choose the drain: differential-pressure (this unit), automatic, or manual, depending on how often the installation is attended. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) where finer particulate removal is needed. Gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar; this unit is supplied with a square psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options, and a bracket can be added where panel or wall mounting is required.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated figure, we do not quote a rated flow number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not state a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number here. Send us your port size, working pressure and demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The differential-pressure drain is the default for the GFR family: it discharges condensate from the bowl automatically when the pressure differential across the filter is high enough, with no operator attention. If your line runs at low duty or you prefer to control draining yourself, automatic (code A) and manual (code M) drain versions are available in the same sizes - tell us which suits the installation and we will confirm the matching model.
