The AirTAC GFR300C10JF2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10JF2TK is a size 300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 3/8 in NPT port, a 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a reverse/check valve fitted. The maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator adjustment range is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on this size is polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard; G and NPT to order), drain types, a 5 um element option (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and bracket options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the clamping cylinders and air-powered fixtures on a CNC machining cell, where the check valve holds the clamp circuit if shop supply dips.
Supplying filtered, pressure-controlled air to the diverters, stoppers and pusher cylinders along a packaging or bottling conveyor, with the psi gauge giving operators a local setpoint readout.
Conditioning air ahead of spray guns in a body-shop booth, where water and particulate removal plus a stable regulated pressure give a consistent finish without added oil mist.
Start with the port step: size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port suits lines whose air demand sits in the mid range of the GFR family; step up to size 400 or 600 for larger demand, or down to size 200 for compact circuits. Choose the drain to match access: differential-pressure (this unit, drains with the pressure differential), automatic for unattended drains, or manual where you want controlled bleeding. Pick the element grade: 40 um standard for general protection, 5 um (code W) for finer downstream needs. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar) and this unit ships with the square gauge in psi; the reverse/check valve (K) holds downstream pressure on supply loss. Thread is NPT here, with PT standard and G available to order; a bracket can be added if this no-bracket version needs panel support.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit has the differential-pressure drain, the default option, which collects condensate in the bowl and drains it in service with the pressure differential. If the unit sits where it cannot be observed or serviced often, choose the automatic drain (code A); if you prefer to bleed the bowl deliberately during checks, choose the manual drain (code M).
