The AirTAC GFR300C10JF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10JF3WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates the pressure delivered downstream. This 300-size unit is threaded 3/8 in NPT and carries a 5 um filter element (one step finer than the 40 um standard), a differential-pressure drain, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, and a fitted reverse (check) valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the regulator sets 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on the 300 size is polycarbonate (PC); only the 600 size uses aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options that include manual or automatic drains, a 40 um or 5 um element, square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and a mounting bracket. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet for your operating point before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds regulated, 5 um-filtered air to pneumatic clamps, tool-change cylinders and part-eject actuators on a machining line, keeping water and swarf-laden plant air out of the machine's valve stack.
Sits at the drop feeding carton sealers, case packers and diverter gates, holding a steady set pressure so cylinders stroke consistently through a full shift.
Installed at the workstation drop to regulate air for hand tools, air cylinders and small presses, with the 5 um element protecting downstream components from particulate carried in the header line.
Size the unit by the port and flow step: 200, 300, 400 and 600 move up through 1/8 to 1 in ports, so step up when your line needs more air at pressure. This unit is already fixed at the 300 size with a 3/8 in NPT port. The drain choice is decodable: differential-pressure (this unit, the catalogue default), automatic (code A) and manual (code M). Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code; this unit carries the finer 5 um element for air feeding sensitive valves, cylinders and instruments. Gauges come as an embedded square type or an optional external round type, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; this one is square, bar. Threads are PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is NPT. The J code omits the mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The standard GFR element is 40 um, which suits general plant air. The W code fits a 5 um element, one step finer, for downstream valves, cylinders and instruments that tolerate less particulate. This unit already carries the 5 um grade; if you would rather have the standard element, ask for the same unit without the W code.
