The AirTAC GFR300C10LC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10LC1TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a single body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure, in a 300-size unit with a 3/8 in NPT port. This configuration is the low-pressure type, fitted with the 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain, a round external pressure gauge on the MPa scale and a built-in reverse (check) valve; a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options that include automatic or manual drains, a 5 um (W) element, embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air feeding swing clamps and vise cylinders on a fixture line; the low-pressure type suits circuits where clamp force must stay moderate, and the 40 um element keeps swarf-laden air out of the cylinders.
Clean, regulated pilot air to diaphragm actuators on a water-treatment skid; the filter bowl catches water and pipe scale before they reach the pilot ports, and the check valve holds the pilot circuit if upstream supply dips.
Regulated air to gate and diverter cylinders along a packaging conveyor; the differential-pressure drain bleeds accumulated condensate during normal flow, and the MPa gauge gives operators a visible setpoint at the drop.
Size the unit by port and flow: the 300 size with a 3/8 in NPT port sits mid-range in the GFR line, one step above 200 and below 400 and 600. Drain type is a real choice: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain (the default); automatic (A) and manual (M) versions exist. Filtration is the 40 um standard element; specify W for the 5 um grade if finer filtration is needed. The gauge here is the external round type on the MPa scale; an embedded square gauge and psi or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the standard and G is also an order option. A mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the downstream flow your circuit needs, and we will confirm the correct size from the datasheet on request.
L marks the low-pressure type of regulator, and K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, which holds the downstream circuit if upstream supply is lost. The C1 in this code is the external round gauge on the MPa scale, and T is the NPT thread; PT is the standard thread and G is also an order option.
