The AirTAC GFR300C10LC2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10LC2WT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air through a 5 um element (the fine grade, coded W, versus the standard 40 um), then regulates downstream pressure with the low-pressure regulator type. This configuration carries a differential-pressure drain (the default, which bleeds the bowl automatically as flow passes), a metal bowl, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, a 3/8 in NPT port and a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge styles and scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fixture clamps and swing cylinders that must hold at a deliberately low, stable pressure get filtered air through the 5 um element and gentle regulation from the low-pressure type, with the psi gauge letting the setter read the clamp setting directly.
On a packaging line where sensitive actuators or sealing stations need a softer supply than the main header, this unit filters the air to 5 um and regulates it down at the machine drop, with the differential-pressure drain keeping the bowl clear during production.
Process panels, pilot valves and small air-powered instruments fed from a plant header use this unit as a compact point-of-use filter regulator, with the metal bowl and included bracket allowing panel mounting next to the devices it protects.
Start with the port step: size 300 sits in the middle of the GFR range (200 / 300 / 400 / 600), and the 3/8 in port here should be matched to the pipe and the flow your line needs - we confirm sizing against the published flow curves before you order. Choose the drain: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain (default); automatic (code A) and manual (code M) are available. Choose the element: 40 um standard or 5 um (W) as fitted here for finer protection. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or the external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit has the round gauge in psi. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. A bracket is included; the J code omits it.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, ask us to confirm the sizing for your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line pressure, downstream pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The W in the code selects the 5 um filter grade, the finer of the two published grades (40 um is the standard). It suits downstream devices that need cleaner air, such as pilot valves and instruments. The differential-pressure drain in this configuration bleeds collected water automatically as air flows through the unit.
