The AirTAC GFR300C10LC2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10LC2WTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 300 unit is threaded NPT3/8, carries the W-code 5 um filter element (40 um is the standard grade) and a differential-pressure drain, and is built as the low-pressure regulator type with a round psi gauge fitted. The K in the code adds a reverse (check) valve, a metal bowl collects the separated condensate, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options include manual or automatic drains, the 5 um element, G or NPT thread, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and a check valve. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use air preparation for clamp and hold-down cylinders on a machining or assembly fixture: the 5 um element protects the clamp valve and cylinder seals from water and fine dirt, while the low-pressure regulator holds the clamping circuit at the pressure the fixture was set up for.
A filter regulator mounted at the drop feeding a packaging machine's valve island: it knocks condensate and particles out of the shop air before the directional valves, and lets the machine's actuation circuits run at their own set pressure instead of the header pressure.
Conditioned air for stopper, pusher and diverter cylinders along a conveyor line: the check valve holds the station's downstream pressure if the main supply dips, and the differential-pressure drain bleeds accumulated water without shutting the station down.
Size and port set the air capacity: this unit is size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT thread; step up to size 400 or 600 when the line demands more flow, or down to 200 for compact points of use. The 5 um element (code W) suits instruments and precision valves, while the 40 um standard grade covers general cylinder supply. Drain is differential-pressure on this code; automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are order options. The gauge is the external round type on a psi scale; MPa or bar scales and the embedded square gauge are alternatives. Thread is NPT here - PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also available - and the check valve (K) holds downstream pressure if the supply drops. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet for your application before you order.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type, as opposed to the standard type. The exact setpoint range for this low-pressure variant is not published in our data, so confirm it with us on request; the unit's max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the standard-type GFR units are also available if your circuit runs at conventional pressures.
