The AirTAC GFR300C10LF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10LF2G is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is decoded as a G3/8 (BSPP) port, low-pressure regulator type, 40 um standard filter element, differential-pressure drain, embedded square gauge reading in psi, mounting bracket included, and no reverse/check valve fitted. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. At size 300 the bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with matching port sizes, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT (standard), G or NPT threads to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm datasheet figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds and regulates the air to pneumatic clamps that must hold at a reduced, stable pressure rather than full line pressure, while the 40 um element keeps pipe scale and condensed water out of the clamp cylinders.
Filters water and particulates from the shop air line and regulates a reduced, repeatable pressure to the spray gun supply, where steady low pressure and clean air are part of finish quality control.
Serves the pusher and stopper cylinders that divert bottles between lanes, combining clean-air filtration with a regulated low-pressure supply so the divert action is consistent across the shift.
Start with size and port: the GFR300 steps up from the 200 series with a G3/8 port, and larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow - match the step to your circuit demand. Then set the drain: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain; automatic (code A) and manual (code M) variants exist if your maintenance routine suits them better. The 40 um element is standard here; choose the 5 um W option where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. This is the low-pressure (L) regulator type - ask us to confirm its adjustment range for your setpoint. The fitted square gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are alternatives, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is G (BSPP) on this code; PT is the standard thread and NPT is an order option. A mounting bracket is included.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so send us your application conditions and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The L in the code marks the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published in the sheet we work from, so confirm your setpoint with us and we will verify it on request. F2 specifies the embedded square gauge with a psi scale (MPa and bar scales are alternatives). The trailing G is the G (BSPP) thread; PT is the standard thread and NPT is available as an order option.
