The AirTAC GFR300C10LF3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10LF3T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 300-size unit has a 3/8 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filtration element, and the differential-pressure drain (the default drain option). It is the low-pressure (L) regulator type, with an embedded square gauge reading in bar, a polycarbonate (PC) bowl, and a mounting bracket included; no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads (600-size bowls are aluminium alloy). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm flow and other datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a CNC fixture line, this filter regulator supplies clean, regulated air to the clamp cylinders that hold workpieces in low-pressure circuits, while the 40 um element keeps water and swarf out of the clamp valves.
In a spray booth, the unit filters condensed water out of the shop air line and holds the low atomizing pressure the guns need, with the square bar gauge giving the operator a direct pressure readout at the point of use.
On a packaging conveyor, the GFR300C10LF3T regulates the air feeding sealing and flap-fold cylinders while the filter bowl drops out moisture before it reaches the directional valves.
Size the unit by port and expected flow: the 300 size with its 3/8 in NPT port sits in the middle of the GFR range, which steps from 1/8 in (200 size) up to 1 in (600 size). Choose the drain to suit maintenance access: differential-pressure (this model), automatic (code A) or manual (code M). The 40 um element is standard; specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer filtration is needed. The embedded square gauge on this model reads in bar; MPa and psi scales are the alternatives. Thread choices are PT (the standard), G (BSPP) and NPT (this model, code T), and a mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your flow and pressure conditions and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type. The exact regulation range for this low-pressure variant is not published in our data, so we confirm it from the AirTAC datasheet on request; the unit still carries a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
