The AirTAC GFR300C10LJC2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10LJC2WT is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built on the 300 size with NPT3/8 ports, a 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain and a metal bowl. The regulator is the low-pressure type (code L) for circuits set below the standard range, and it carries a round pressure gauge reading in psi. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options that include 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, PT, G or NPT threads, and a mounting bracket (not fitted on this unit; code J). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a pneumatic press or fixture clamp held at a low setting, the low-pressure regulator holds the set point while the 5 um element keeps sludge and pipe scale out of the clamp valve.
Feed the tool-change and pallet-clamp circuits of a CNC machining center: one body filters moisture and particulate down to 5 um and regulates the supply pressure to the clamps.
On a cartoning or bottling line, supply cylinder actuators with filtered, regulated air; the differential-pressure drain handles collected condensate during normal line operation.
Choose the size by port and duty: this unit is size 300 with NPT3/8 ports; the smaller 200 and larger 400/600 bodies step port size and capacity up or down. Drain: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain (the default); automatic (A) and manual (M) versions exist if you prefer. Filtration: the 5 um element fitted here is the fine grade; 40 um is the standard element if your valves tolerate coarser air. Gauge: this unit carries an external round gauge in psi; the embedded square gauge is the standard fitting and MPa, psi or bar scales are available. Thread: this unit is NPT; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) is an order option. Bracket: not fitted on this unit (code J) but available as an option. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This is the low-pressure type (code L) of the GFR300 series. Its set range is not published as a single figure, so we confirm the exact adjustable range from the datasheet on request. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the fitted round gauge reads in psi.
