The AirTAC GFR300C10LJF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10LJF2K is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate down to 40 um and regulates downstream pressure, with a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated condensate automatically as flow passes through. This configuration is the low-pressure type, carries a built-in reverse (check) valve, and is fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi. Ports are PT3/8 (3/8 in) and the unit is supplied without a mounting bracket. It is not a lubricator and adds no oil mist to the air stream.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), a 5 um filter element option, gauge and scale options, and PT, G or NPT threads to order. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fixture clamps and swing cylinders that are specified to close at reduced pressure need clean, regulated air. This unit filters the shop supply to 40 um and holds the low set pressure the fixture was designed around, with the psi gauge letting the setter read the clamp circuit directly.
Bench rigs and test stations running instruments or pneumatic actuators at modest pressures benefit from one body doing both jobs: water and particulate knocked out to 40 um, and a stable low regulated supply. The check valve keeps the setting from venting away if the bench supply is interrupted.
Packaging lines with small cylinders, vacuum generators and air-driven counters run continuously and dislike pressure drift. A filter regulator at the machine inlet conditions the supply and the differential-pressure drain clears condensate during normal running without a manual blow-down stop.
Size and port step up with required flow: this unit is size 300 with PT3/8 ports, so check that your line's air demand sits comfortably within the size-300 flow curve before ordering. The low-pressure type is intended for circuits that work below the standard regulator band; the exact adjustment range for this variant is not published in the material we hold, so confirm it with us against your set pressure. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W code if your application needs 5 um filtration. Drain is differential-pressure here - choose automatic or manual only if your maintenance routine prefers it.
Other decodable choices: the square gauge is scaled in psi on this unit (MPa and bar scales are available as codes), the fitted reverse/check valve holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost, and the thread is PT as standard with G and NPT available to order. Brackets are optional on this configuration. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against the application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM number. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
K means a reverse (check) valve is fitted, so downstream pressure is held if the upstream supply drops. F2 means the embedded square gauge is scaled in psi; MPa and bar scales are available as alternative codes. This unit is also the L low-pressure type and ships without a bracket (J) - the exact adjustment range of the low-pressure variant is not published, so confirm it with us on request.
