The AirTAC GFR300C10MC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 3/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MC2T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This size 300 unit is fitted with a 3/8 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain for emptying the bowl, and an external round gauge reading in psi. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (code W) element, alternative gauge scales in MPa or bar, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and bracket options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds clean, regulated air to a bench-mounted pneumatic press, with the psi gauge letting operators set and check the working pressure for consistent forming and riveting cycles.
Conditions the air feeding pick-and-place and carton-sealing cylinders on a packaging line, filtering out water and debris while holding a stable set pressure for repeatable motion.
Installed at an individual air drop on a factory distribution line, it gives each workstation its own filtered, regulated supply with a manual drain for end-of-shift bowl emptying.
Size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port suits lines where moderate to higher air demand rules out the smaller 200 frame; step up to size 400 or 600 for larger ports and flow, or down to 200 for compact circuits. The manual drain here means an operator opens the drain to discharge collected water - choose the automatic or differential-pressure drain version instead if the unit sits where regular manual draining is impractical. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W option for 5 um filtration where downstream valves or instruments need finer protection. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are alternatives, and an embedded square gauge is also available. PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT are order options - this unit is the NPT version. Bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM number. Tell us your application and required flow and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: collected water is released by opening the drain by hand. That suits stations visited during routine checks. If the unit is mounted in an inaccessible spot, order the automatic (code A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain version of the same GFR300 instead.
