The AirTAC GFR300C10MC2W AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in PT, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10MC2W is a size 300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration carries a 3/8 in PT port, a fine 5 um filter element (the W grade, against the 40 um standard), a manual drain on the polycarbonate bowl, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with manual drain, the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of 40 um or 5 um filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge style and scale options, PT, G or NPT threads, and low-pressure or standard regulator types. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air to a bench-mounted pneumatic press or clamping fixture, with the 5 um element protecting the directional valve and cylinder seals and the psi gauge giving the operator a direct setpoint readout.
A point-of-use filter regulator on the air drop feeding a cartoning or wrapping machine, where the manual drain suits a machine attended at every shift and regulation keeps wrapper tension cylinders consistent.
Conditioned supply to a pneumatic control panel or positioner loop on a process skid, where the 5 um grade guards small orifice components and the regulator holds a steady signal-air pressure.
Start with the port step: size 300 with a 3/8 in PT port suits lines running above the 1/4 in step but not needing the 1/2 in and larger frames; match the size to the flow your circuit needs and we will confirm it against the published curves before you order. Choose the drain to match attendance: manual (as here) when an operator can bleed the bowl, automatic or differential-pressure where the unit is hard to reach. Pick 5 um where downstream valves and instruments need finer air than the 40 um standard. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar) and this unit carries the round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT available as order options; a bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can honestly quote. Send us your application flow and line pressure and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: an operator opens the bowl drain to expel collected water, which suits attended equipment. If the unit will be mounted out of reach, the same size 300 filter regulator can be ordered with an automatic or differential-pressure drain instead - just ask and we will decode the right variant with you.
