The AirTAC GFR300C10MC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 is a filter regulator: one body removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure, so a single unit conditions the air feeding valves, cylinders and tools. This configuration is a size 300 unit with a 3/8 in NPT port, a manual drain, the standard 40 um filter element, an external round gauge reading in bar, a fitted check valve and the mounting bracket included. The regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), the check valve blocks backflow through the unit, and the manual drain lets you bleed collected water from the polycarbonate bowl on a schedule you control.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter regulator range spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding tool-clamp and chip-clearing cylinders on a CNC machining center: the 40 um element stops scale and pipe debris reaching the clamp valve, the regulator holds the clamp pressure at set point, and the fitted check valve blocks backflow if the main supply dips.
Supplying pneumatic nutrunners on an automotive assembly line: filtered, regulated air keeps the tool motors clean and the fastening pressure consistent, the bar-scale gauge lets line staff verify the set point at a glance, and the manual drain is bled at shift start.
Actuating diverter and reject gates on a packaging conveyor: the regulator sets the gate cylinder pressure, the 40 um element protects the directional valves from water and debris, and the check valve holds the circuit against backflow from the manifold.
Size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port suits circuits plumbed at 3/8 in; step up to size 400 or 600, or down to 200, if your flow curve calls for it. Drain choice matters: this unit has a manual drain, so someone must bleed the bowl regularly; choose automatic (A) or differential-pressure drain where the unit runs unattended. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify W for 5 um where finer particulate removal is needed. The round gauge reads in bar; the embedded square gauge and MPa or psi scales are the alternatives. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard and G is also an order option. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code means the bowl drains by hand: open the drain to bleed accumulated water, which suits attended lines with a regular check. If the unit sits where nobody passes, order the automatic (A) or differential-pressure version instead. With the manual drain, the regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
