The AirTAC GFR300C10MC3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10MC3WTK is a GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration decodes to a 3/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W, against the 40 um standard), a manual drain (M), a round external gauge reading in bar (C3), a built-in reverse/check valve (K), an included mounting bracket and the standard regulator type. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); with the manual drain the outlet is adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on this 300 size is polycarbonate (PC); only the 600 size moves to an aluminium alloy bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and each unit can be ordered with a different drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and with or without a bracket. AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the flow and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the supply to a 3/8-in-ported control valve feeding a small pneumatic press. The 5 um element keeps scale and pipe debris out of the valve pilots, and the built-in check valve holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply dips.
Condition air going to the tool-clamp and purge circuit of a CNC machining centre. One body does the filtering and the regulation, the round bar gauge gives the operator a visible setpoint, and the manual drain suits a machine checked at shift start.
Regulate filtered air to the cylinders that drive a carton-sealing head on a packaging conveyor. The 3/8 in NPT port matches typical branch lines, and the check valve stops the actuators venting back if the main header loses pressure.
The real choices in this series are all decodable from the code. Step up or down through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 - each step brings a larger port (1/8 in to 1 in) and more flow capacity, so size against the air demand of the circuit rather than the pipe alone. Drain type matters: manual (as here) means draining the bowl by hand on a schedule, automatic drains condensate on its own, and differential-pressure is the catalogue default. Filtration is 40 um standard or 5 um (W) where finer protection is needed; gauges come as an embedded square unit or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar; threads can be ordered in G (BSPP) or NPT instead of the PT standard; and the bracket can be included or omitted (J). Flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated number, so there is no one l/min or SCFM figure we can honestly quote. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
Code M is a manual drain: condensate collects in the bowl and you drain it by hand as part of routine checks. The same unit can be ordered with an automatic drain (A) or the differential-pressure drain that is the catalogue default. Note that the manual-drain version gives the widest regulation range, 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), while automatic and differential-pressure drains adjust from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
