The AirTAC GFR300C10MF2 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/8, 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MF2 is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint in one compact body. This size 300 unit is threaded PT3/8, uses the standard 40 um filter element, and drains by hand via its manual drain - a good fit where the bowl can be bled during routine checks. The regulator is the standard type with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, and the embedded square gauge is fitted with a psi scale.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), an optional 5 um element, G or NPT thread variants and bracket options. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air for the grip and lift cylinders on a bottling or canning line, with the manual drain bled during the end-of-shift washdown and maintenance round.
A stable setpoint for the pneumatic clamping circuit on a CNC milling cell, where consistent downstream pressure keeps workholding repeatable part after part.
Filtered, regulated air to pneumatic ball or butterfly valve actuators on a water treatment skid, protecting the actuator seals from water and pipe scale.
Size and port step up together: 200, 300, 400 and 600 cover 1/8 through 1 inch ports, so choose the size whose flow curve covers your demand - we can check the curve against your consumption before you order. On this model the choices are already set: PT3/8 thread (G or NPT are order options), manual drain, 40 um element, standard regulator, square psi gauge and bracket included. If you would rather not bleed the bowl by hand, automatic or differential-pressure drain versions exist in the same size, and the 5 um (W) element suits finer filtration. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your line pressure, port size and air consumption and we will confirm the datasheet curve and check the sizing for your application on request.
The M in the code means the bowl drains by hand: you open the drain to expel collected water and dirt during routine checks. It suits lines with regular maintenance visits. If you cannot bleed the bowl regularly, automatic or differential-pressure drain versions are available in the same size.
