The AirTAC GFR300C10MF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8, 3/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10MF2G is a GFR300-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a G3/8 (3/8 in) port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the bowl, a standard (not low-pressure) regulator with a 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) adjustment range, and an embedded square gauge reading in psi. The polycarbonate bowl is drained by hand, so it suits installations attended during routine checks. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and can be ordered with automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (W) element, alternative gauge scales, reverse/check valve, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, pressure-regulated air to clamps, tool-change cylinders and pneumatic fixtures on a machining centre, with the square psi gauge letting setters verify set pressure at a glance and the manual drain emptied during shift checks.
Conditioning the air supply to stopper cylinders, diverters and carton-sealing actuators on a packaging conveyor, where the 40 um element keeps debris and condensed water out of directional valves and the regulator holds a stable line pressure.
Serving as the point-of-use filter regulator on a factory air drop feeding positioners and control valves, protecting instruments from water and particulate carry-over while the manual-drain bowl is emptied as part of the maintenance round.
Start with the port step: this unit is size 300 with a G3/8 (3/8 in) port; step up to size 400 or 600 if your line needs more flow, or down to size 200 for compact drops. Choose the drain to match attendance: manual (this unit) needs someone to open the bowl, automatic drains continuously, and differential-pressure drains only when the element loads up. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the 5 um (W) option where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. The embedded square gauge is standard and this one reads psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is G (BSPP) here - PT is the standard thread and G/NPT are catalogue options to order. A bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand during maintenance. The same GFR300 body can be ordered with an automatic drain or the differential-pressure drain (the default when no drain letter is given), and the regulation range differs by drain type - manual-drain units adjust from 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), while automatic and differential-pressure versions adjust from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
