The AirTAC GFR300C10MF2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MF2TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration carries a 3/8 in NPT port, a metal bowl with a manual drain that you open by hand to discharge collected condensate, a 40 um standard filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a built-in reverse/check valve, and a mounting bracket. Downstream pressure is set within the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range, and the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) with an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options that include automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), MPa, psi or bar gauge scales, an external round gauge, and G or NPT threads alongside the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the cylinder-driven sealing and carton-forming stations on a packaging conveyor, with the manual drain opened as part of a shift-end condensate routine.
Supplying clean air at a fixed set pressure to the clamping fixtures and pneumatic tool circuits of a CNC machining cell, with the psi scale read directly at the machine.
Conditioning the pilot air that actuates quarter-turn process valves on a water-treatment skid, where the 40 um element stops pipe scale and condensate reaching the positioner and actuator.
Size and port step up together across 200, 300, 400 and 600, covering 1/8 in through 1 in ports, so choose the size whose flow curve covers your air demand - we will check the curve against your application on request. Drain type is a real decision: this unit is manual drain, which gives the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range, while automatic and differential-pressure drain versions set from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W; the embedded square gauge here reads psi, with MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge available. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the AirTAC standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable, and a mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
This model has a manual drain, and manual-drain GFR units regulate from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), while automatic and differential-pressure drain versions set from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The manual drain is opened by hand to discharge the water and particulate collected in the bowl.
