Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

At a paint line drop, the unit strips water and fine particles from the compressed air and holds a steady, operator-set pressure to the spray guns, with the bar-scaled square gauge giving a local setpoint readout.
On a machining cell, the regulator section holds the pressure feeding pneumatic clamps and the tool-change circuit steady, while the 5 um element protects the valve stack from fine particulate.
On a packaging conveyor, the unit conditions the air feeding the box-taping cylinders: accumulated water is drained off by hand at shift checks and the downstream pressure is set once for the carton size in use.
Size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port is the mid step of the GFR range; move to size 200, 400 or 600 as your air demand changes, and we will check the published flow curves against your line before you order. The 5 um element (code W) suits points of use that need finer particulate capture than the 40 um standard, and the manual drain bowl is emptied by hand rather than automatically. This version uses NPT threads; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) can be ordered, and a mounting bracket is included.
