The AirTAC GFR300C10MJC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MJC1WTK is an AirTAC GFR filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration is the size 300 unit with a 3/8 in NPT port, the 5 um filtration element (code W), a manual drain on the polycarbonate bowl, a round pressure gauge with MPa scale, and a reverse/check valve (code K) that holds the regulated downstream pressure if the upstream supply dips. It is supplied without a mounting bracket.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series runs in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with 40 um or 5 um elements, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), working temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and the manual-drain regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning ahead of the tool-clamp and coolant-valve cylinders on a machining centre: the 5 um element protects the directional valves from particles, and the regulator sets the clamp pressure at the machine while the gauge gives a local MPa readout.
Feeding the tape-head and flap-fold cylinders on a carton sealing line; the manual drain lets an operator bleed collected water at shift start, and the check valve holds the set pressure to the heads while the upstream supply dips.
Conditioning and regulation for gripper and clamping manifolds in a robotic weld cell; the round MPa gauge gives operators a local setpoint readout, and the reverse/check valve keeps clamps from relaxing during upstream valve switching.
Size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port sits mid-range in the GFR family, which steps from 1/8 in (size 200) up to 1 in (size 600); pick the size whose flow curve covers your demand with margin. This unit is ordered with the 5 um element (the 40 um standard element is the no-letter option), a manual drain, and a round MPa gauge; psi or bar scales and the embedded square gauge are the other gauge choices. Thread is NPT here - PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also available to order - and the J code means no mounting bracket is fitted. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a l/min or SCFM number for this unit. Send us your application - port size, downstream demand and line pressure - and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
M is the manual drain: an operator opens the drain at the bowl to expel collected condensate, which suits attended installations checked on a routine. The GFR family also offers automatic and differential-pressure drains for unattended operation; note that manual-drain units carry the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulation range.
