The AirTAC GFR300C10MJC2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10MJC2WT is a size 300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built with a 3/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W) for finer filtration than the 40 um standard, a manual drain for the bowl, and a round pressure gauge reading in psi. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) for this manual-drain version, and no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard; G and NPT as order options), drain types, filter grades and gauge styles. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air for a machining centre's pneumatic tool changers and clamping fixtures, with 5 um filtration protecting fine valves and a psi gauge for direct setpoint checks.
Feeding cylinders and diverters on a packaging conveyor, where the filter-regulator keeps water and debris out of the actuators and holds a steady working pressure along the line.
Mounted at an individual drop on a factory air ring main, giving one work station its own filtered and regulated supply without conditioning the whole system.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and the flow your line needs - this unit sits at size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port. Choose the drain to suit maintenance practice: manual (as here) for controlled, on-demand draining; automatic or differential-pressure where the bowl should clear itself. Pick 40 um for general protection or 5 um (code W, as on this model) when downstream equipment needs finer air. Gauges come as an embedded square type or an external round type, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round psi gauge. Brackets are optional (this configuration has none), and PT is the standard thread with G and NPT as order options.
Flow for GFR units is published as curves, not a single rated number, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing and the datasheet figures before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for GFR units as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated flow number we can quote. Tell us your application and required flow, and we will confirm the correct size against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain on the bowl: collected water is released by hand when an operator opens the drain, rather than automatically. It suits stations visited during routine checks. With manual drain, the regulator adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). If you prefer self-draining, automatic or differential-pressure drain versions are available in the same family.
