The AirTAC GFR300C10MJC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT 3/8 in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built with a 3/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the fine W grade, one step below the 40 um standard), a manual drain on the bowl, and a round pressure gauge reading in bar. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with this manual-drain version, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket is fitted and no reverse/check valve is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR300 sits in the 300 size of the GFR range, which steps through 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with matching port sizes, and is available with your choice of drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um W), gauge style and scale, and PT, G or NPT thread. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filter and regulate the air supply to a bench pneumatic press, giving the press valve clean, dry air at a set pressure while the 5 um element protects the directional valve from particulate.
Condition the air feeding cylinder-driven packaging machinery, where the manual drain is emptied at shift start and the bar gauge lets operators verify set pressure at a glance.
Install at the point of use on a factory air drop, stepping plant pressure down to the level each assembly station needs and catching water and scale before it reaches the tools.
Choose the size and port step by the air consumption of the machine you are feeding: the 300 size with a 3/8 in NPT port suits lines above the 1/4 in class, and the 400/600 sizes carry more flow if your demand is higher. Pick the drain to match how the unit is attended: manual drain (this configuration) needs someone to open it, while automatic or differential-pressure drains suit unattended installations. The 5 um W element is the right choice when downstream valves and cylinders need finer protection than the 40 um standard; note that finer filtration costs more differential pressure. The round bar gauge on this unit is one of the embedded-square / external-round options with MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is NPT here; PT and G are order options. A mounting bracket (J code = none fitted) can be added if you want the unit secured to a panel.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, we cannot quote one rated flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Send us your application's air demand and line conditions and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the bowl is released by hand rather than automatically. Choose manual drain where the unit is visited regularly, such as a maintained machine or an attended station; for unattended or hard-to-reach installations, order the automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain version instead. Note that with a manual drain the regulator adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
