The AirTAC GFR300C10MJF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8 Manual Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MJF2G is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a 40 um filter and a pressure regulator combined in one body, sized for a 3/8 inch port with G (BSPP) thread. This configuration carries a manual drain, a built-in square gauge scaled in psi, no mounting bracket and no reverse/check valve. It takes compressed air at up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet, regulates from 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and operates from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The 300 size uses a polycarbonate bowl; only the 600 size moves to an aluminium alloy bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options include automatic or manual drains, a 5 um (W) filter grade, alternative gauge scales, and G or NPT thread in place of PT. Flow figures and the full datasheet are confirmed on request, since AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to the clamps and fixtures of a machining centre, holding a set pressure while the 40 um element keeps scale and condensate out of the clamping valves.
Supplying the flap-folders, pushers and taping heads of a carton sealing conveyor with clean air at a stable setting, with manual draining between shifts.
Point-of-use air preparation ahead of spray guns in a furniture finishing shop, where the manual drain lets an operator bleed off accumulated water at the start of each shift.
Within GFR300 the real, decodable choices are: drain type (manual here; automatic and differential-pressure versions exist), filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W), gauge (embedded square as standard with MPa, psi or bar scales; an external round gauge is optional), thread (PT as standard; G or NPT as order options) and bracket (omitted with code J). Step up or down through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and flow path your line needs. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no single flow number is quoted here. Send us your line pressure, port size and downstream demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request.
Code M specifies a manual drain: an operator opens the drain valve to release collected water from the bowl. If you prefer automatic or differential-pressure draining, that is a decodable option within the same GFR300 series - just ask for the matching code.
