The AirTAC GFR300C10MJF3T AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10MJF3T is a size 300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration is built with a 3/8 in NPT port, a manual drain on the bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, and an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in bar. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No mounting bracket is included with this variant.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, thread options (PT standard; G and NPT to order), drain types, filter grades and gauge scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for carton-sealing and wrapping machines: the filter stage strips water and pipe-scale from the shop-air drop, while the regulator holds a steady supply pressure to the sealing and clamp cylinders so cycle quality does not drift with header fluctuations.
Feeding pneumatic stoppers, gates and pushers on a bottling or canning conveyor run. Clean, regulated air keeps the gate cylinders consistent through each shift, and the manual drain lets an operator bleed accumulated condensate during scheduled walk-arounds.
Supplying clamping fixtures and swing clamps on a CNC cell, where the regulator sets the clamping pressure to the fixture specification and the 40 um element protects the clamp valves from particulate carried in from the main distribution ring.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port; larger sizes carry larger ports and higher flow capacity. Where a drain is needed, decide between manual (as fitted here, suited to attended maintenance rounds), automatic, or differential-pressure drain. Filter grade is 40 um standard; specify the W variant for 5 um where finer particulate removal matters. Gauge scale can be ordered in MPa, psi or bar (this unit: bar, square gauge), and thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; brackets are optional. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the bowl is released by hand rather than automatically. Choose manual where the unit is accessible and checked on a maintenance routine; choose the automatic or differential-pressure drain variants where the drop is hard to reach or the line runs unattended. Note that with a manual drain the regulator adjustment range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
