The AirTAC GFR300C10MJF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MJF3WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built around a 3/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two catalogue grades), a manual-drained metal bowl, and an embedded square gauge scaled in bar. A reverse (check) valve is fitted, the regulator is the standard type, and no mounting bracket is included (code J).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter regulators span sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the shop-air feed to a CNC machining centre's pneumatic actuators - clamps and chip doors get 5 um air and a steady regulated pressure, with the fitted check valve against reverse flow.
Conditioning air for filler and capper cylinders on a bottling line: the 5 um element helps protect valve seals from particles and water while the regulator holds a consistent working pressure for repeatable stroke timing.
Supplying regulated air to diverter and stop-gate cylinders on a parcel-sortation conveyor, with the square bar gauge giving operators a local pressure readout at the drop.
Sizing starts with the port step: this is a size 300 body with a 3/8 in NPT port and a regulation range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Step up to size 400 or 600 if your line needs more flow, or down to 200 for compact points of use. The 5 um element suits applications needing finer particle removal than the 40 um standard; the manual drain requires periodic bleeding by an operator, unlike the automatic or differential-pressure drain options on the same series. The square gauge here reads in bar (MPa and psi scales are alternatives), the fitted check valve blocks reverse flow, and G (BSPP) or PT threads can be ordered instead of NPT. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the right size before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm against the datasheet curve whether this size 300, 3/8 in unit suits your application.
This unit's code specifies a manual drain: an operator periodically opens the drain at the bottom of the metal bowl to expel collected water. The same series is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains. Note that the manual-drain version carries the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulation range, while automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
