The AirTAC GFR300C10MJNWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MJNWTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is threaded NPT3/8 (3/8 in), fitted with the finer 5 um filter element (the W grade; 40 um is the standard option), a manual drain on the bowl, and a reverse/check valve; no gauge and no mounting bracket are fitted. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl is metal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options that include automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauge and scale choices, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, brackets, and a reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a CNC fixture circuit, the 5 um element keeps fine particulate out of clamping valves while the regulator holds a repeatable clamp pressure; the check valve helps hold the set pressure if upstream supply dips.
Feeding diverters, pushers and seal cylinders on a packaging conveyor, the unit cleans the shop air, regulates it to the pressure the actuator circuit was designed for, and is bled at the manual drain during routine line checks.
Ahead of paint or coating guns, the 5 um grade gives finer air than the standard element for a cleaner finish, while the regulator sets gun supply pressure; the manual drain lets the operator bleed collected water each shift.
Size and port come first: GFR300 steps up from GFR200 in both port (here NPT3/8) and flow capacity, so match the size to the air demand of the circuit. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, send us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order. Then set the options that matter: the 5 um element (this unit) when downstream valves, cylinders or instruments need finer air than the 40 um standard; a manual drain (this unit) where an operator can bleed the bowl routinely, an automatic drain where the bowl is hard to reach, or the differential-pressure drain as the default; a gauge with MPa, psi or bar scale if you want a visual setpoint; G (BSPP) or NPT thread instead of the PT standard; a bracket for mounting; and a reverse/check valve to hold downstream pressure. This unit is configured with NPT3/8, 5 um, manual drain, check valve, no gauge and no bracket.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote honestly. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet on request before you order.
The W code specifies the 5 um element, one grade finer than the 40 um standard, for circuits with sensitive valves, cylinders or instruments. The M code specifies a manual drain: the bowl is bled by hand, which suits installations an operator visits routinely. Automatic and differential-pressure drains are available on other GFR300 variants.
