The AirTAC GFR300C10MLC1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MLC1WT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air through a 5 um element and regulates downstream pressure as a low-pressure type. This configuration has NPT3/8 ports, a manual drain on its metal bowl, a round pressure gauge with MPa scale fitted, and a mounting bracket included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports, threads (PT standard; G and NPT to order), drain types, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge styles and scales. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Mounted ahead of the cylinders and directional valves on a carton-forming packaging machine, it cleans the shop air at 5 um and holds a low, stable set pressure for the forming and sealing actuators.
On a paint or coating line where guns and air-driven agitators run well below standard mains pressure, the low-pressure regulator type lets the operator set and hold the reduced working pressure while the element keeps moisture and particles out of the finish.
Feeding grippers and small air cylinders on a pick-and-place unit, it protects the downstream valves from water and debris, and the manual drain lets maintenance staff bleed accumulated condensate during scheduled rounds.
Size the unit by port and expected flow: this model steps up to 3/8 in NPT within the 300 size. Filtration is set to 5 um (code W) for finer protection; 40 um is the standard grade if your line needs only coarse water and particle removal. The manual drain means condensate is emptied by hand on a schedule; automatic or differential-pressure drain variants are available where unattended draining matters. The gauge on this unit is the round type with MPa scale; embedded square gauges and psi or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also orderable. Because AirTAC publishes flow as curves, not a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your line pressure, port size and downstream demand, and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The M in the code selects the manual drain: condensate collected in the metal bowl is released by hand during scheduled maintenance checks. It suits attended installations with regular inspection rounds. If the unit cannot be attended regularly, the automatic or differential-pressure drain variants of the same GFR300 are the better decode choice.
