The AirTAC GFR300C10MLC2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10MLC2G is a GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is the 300 size with a G3/8 (BSPP) female port, a 40 um filter element, a manual-drain bowl, a low-pressure regulator type and a fitted round gauge reading in psi. A mounting bracket is included, and no reverse (check) valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR300 series is one of four GFR sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) covering ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air to the gripper and clamp actuators on a rotary filling and capping machine, with the bowl drained by hand at shift change.
Low-pressure holding force on a bench pneumatic clamping fixture, where the operator sets the regulator to suit the workpiece and reads it on the psi gauge.
Filtered, regulated air for a blow-off nozzle that removes rinse water from bottles ahead of labelling on a bottling conveyor.
The real choices in this series are decodable from the code. Step through sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and the flow your line needs - the 300 size here carries a G3/8 port. Choose the drain: manual (this unit, drained by hand), automatic, or differential-pressure. Pick the element grade: 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) for finer filtration. Select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and the thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options). This unit is the low-pressure regulator variant; its exact regulation range is not published, so we confirm it on request. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit has a manual drain: accumulated water in the bowl is released by hand, so plan a routine drain check as part of maintenance. If you would rather not drain by hand, the GFR300 series is also available with automatic or differential-pressure drains - ask us for those codes.
