The AirTAC GFR300C10MLF2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MLF2TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port, a metal bowl with manual drain, and a 40 um standard filter element. The regulator is the low-pressure type and carries an embedded square gauge scaled in psi; a reverse (check) valve is fitted and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is made in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge scale and thread (PT standard; G and NPT are order options). Max working pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Conditions and regulates the air feeding the clamping cylinders on a production press line, where the low-pressure regulator holds a reduced set pressure for the clamp circuit and the psi gauge gives a local reading.
Feeds filtered, regulated air to the stopper and pusher cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the metal bowl's manual drain emptied during scheduled line checks.
Conditions the shop-air supply to benchtop laboratory automation, keeping water and particles out of the pilot valves while the low-pressure regulator holds the gentle setpoint the station needs.
Step up from size 200 to 600 as your flow demand grows; this unit is size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT thread (PT is the standard thread; G and NPT are order options). Drain choices are differential-pressure (default), automatic or manual - this unit has the manual drain, which you open by hand as part of routine checks. Filter grade is 40 um standard, with 5 um (code W) available where finer filtration is needed. The embedded square gauge is fitted here scaled in psi; an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scale is optional. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
The manual drain means you open the drain by hand to expel collected water as part of routine checks, instead of relying on an automatic or differential-pressure drain. The fitted reverse (check) valve helps hold downstream pressure if the upstream supply is interrupted. This unit is also the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so we confirm it on request.
