The AirTAC GFR300C10MLF3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MLF3TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration (40 um element) and pressure regulation combined in a single body, in the low-pressure (L) configuration. This unit is built with a 3/8 in NPT port, a metal bowl with manual drain, a built-in reverse/check valve, and an embedded square gauge scaled in bar; a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for drain type, 5 um filtration (code W), gauge scale, thread (PT is the AirTAC standard; G and NPT are order options) and bracket. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to the clamp and hold-down cylinders on a carton-sealing line, where the low-pressure setting keeps actuation gentle on delicate packs and the manual drain fits a supervised shift routine.
Air preparation for spray guns and air-assisted applicators in a paint finishing booth, where clean, moisture-reduced air at a low regulated setting protects the finish and the bar gauge gives the operator a local reading.
Supplying pilot air to control valves and positioners on a process skid, with the reverse/check valve holding the downstream setting if supply pressure is interrupted.
Choose the size and port step (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 in) against the air demand of your circuit - the 300 body with a 3/8 in NPT port sits mid-range. This unit is the low-pressure (L) type, so it suits circuits that need a lower regulated setting than the standard type provides; the exact setting range for the L type is not published, so ask us to confirm it for your circuit. The drain here is manual (code M): the metal bowl is emptied by hand on a routine, so pick the automatic-drain version if the unit will run unattended. Filtration is the 40 um standard element - specify code W for 5 um where finer protection is needed. The square gauge reads in bar; MPa and psi scales are available and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is NPT on this unit (PT is the standard; G is also orderable), and the bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: the metal bowl is emptied by hand as part of routine maintenance. If the unit will be installed where nobody drains it regularly, the same GFR300 body is available with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain that is the series default - just order that variant.
