The AirTAC GFR300C10MLJC2 AirTAC Low-Pressure Filter Regulator 3/8in is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MLJC2 is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air with a 40 um element, drains collected condensate by hand via the manual drain, and regulates downstream pressure with the low-pressure regulator type. This configuration is a PT (BSPP-equivalent) 3/8 in port unit fitted with a round pressure gauge on a psi scale, supplied without a mounting bracket, and without a reverse/check valve. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing); the polycarbonate bowl suits general indoor compressed-air service.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um filter grade option (code W), embedded square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, low-pressure regulated air to clamp-and-hold cylinders on a machining or assembly fixture, where the operator sets a fixed holding pressure and the 40 um element keeps debris out of the clamping valves.
Conditions the air feeding low-pressure cylinders and air-jet assist functions on weaving and spinning machines, with the manual drain emptied during scheduled shift maintenance.
Supplies filtered, regulated air to the flap-fold and tape-head actuators of a carton sealer, with the round psi gauge letting line staff verify the set pressure at a glance.
Choose the size and port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is size 300 with a 3/8 in PT port; larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow, which we can confirm from the curves before you order. Drain type is a real choice - manual (this unit, emptied by hand), automatic, or differential-pressure - and the filter grade is 40 um standard with a 5 um option where finer particulate capture is needed. The gauge here is the external round type on a psi scale; embedded square gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales are the alternative. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT available as order options, and a mounting bracket can be specified where this no-bracket configuration does not suit the panel. Note this is the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so ask us to confirm it against your set pressure before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and required downstream flow and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
M is the manual drain: condensate collected in the bowl is emptied by hand during maintenance rounds, and automatic or differential-pressure drains are available as alternative configurations. L marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for lower set pressures than the standard version; its exact adjustment range is not published, so ask us to confirm it against your application.
