The AirTAC GFR300C10MLJC2T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MLJC2T is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air with the standard 40 um element, then regulates downstream pressure with its low-pressure type regulator. This configuration is set up for a 3/8 in NPT port, manual drain (you drain the bowl by hand on your own schedule), a round external gauge reading in psi, and no mounting bracket. No reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 5 um (code W) filter element option, gauge and scale choices, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fixture clamps and swing cylinders that hold workpieces at a regulated pressure below full line pressure suit a low-pressure type regulator, with the filter section keeping scale and pipe debris out of the clamp valves.
Bench presses, crimping tools and light forming stations that run their actuators at reduced pressure can take a single filtered, regulated feed from one GFR body instead of separate filter and regulator units.
Machine tool panels feeding tool changers, chuck actuators and air blast nozzles use a compact filter regulator at the panel inlet, with the psi round gauge giving operators a direct pressure readout at the machine.
Sizing a GFR unit starts with the size and port step: 200 through 600, with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, so match the port to your line and let the size step cover the flow your circuit needs. This code carries the standard 40 um element; specify code W if the application needs the 5 um grade. Drain type is a real decision: differential-pressure (default) drains automatically as flow passes, automatic drains on its own, and manual - as selected here - means you drain the bowl yourself, which suits positions visited during routine checks. Gauge choices are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scales; this unit has a round psi gauge. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G and NPT are catalogue options ordered by code. Bracket fitted or omitted (J) is also selectable.
One honest note on sizing: AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a flow figure here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet and the right size before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your application - line pressure, downstream demand and duty - and we will confirm the datasheet and check the sizing against the curves for you on request.
The M in the code selects the manual drain: condensate collects in the bowl until someone opens the drain by hand. It suits positions checked during routine maintenance. If you would rather not rely on that, the same size is available with a differential-pressure drain (the default) or an automatic drain - just change the drain letter in the code.
