The AirTAC GFR300C10MLJC2W AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MLJC2W is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This size 300 unit carries a PT3/8 (3/8 in) PT-threaded port, a 5 um filter element (the finer W grade, against the 40 um standard), a manual drain bowl, and the low-pressure regulator type for duties where the set pressure sits well below standard range. It is fitted with an external round gauge scaled in psi, and no reverse/check valve. Supplied without a mounting bracket.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure against your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to pneumatic clamps that must hold workpieces at a reduced set pressure, protecting delicate or thin-walled parts from over-clamping on a CNC fixture.
A single body cleaning the air and holding a low, stable supply pressure to the actuators and cylinders driving a cartoning or wrapping station, with the psi gauge giving operators a local reading.
Conditioning the air feeding low-pressure blow-off nozzles that clear dust and swarf from parts travelling along a conveyor, with 5 um filtration keeping nozzle orifices from clogging.
Step up or down the size ladder (200/300/400/600) to match the port and flow path your line needs - this unit is the 300 frame at 3/8 in PT. Choose the drain to suit access: manual (as here) suits attended installations, while automatic and differential-pressure drains suit unattended duty. Pick 5 um filtration when downstream valves or instruments need finer air than the 40 um standard. Gauge style and scale are decodable: this configuration carries the external round gauge in psi; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT as order options, and a mounting bracket is optional - this unit is supplied without one. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and the equipment downstream, and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet curves on request.
The M in the code selects a manual drain: condensate is released by hand, which suits installations where someone is present to do it (automatic or differential-pressure drains are the unattended alternatives). The L selects the low-pressure regulator type, intended for duties where the set pressure sits well below the standard range; the exact adjustment range for this low-pressure variant is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us on request.
