The AirTAC GFR300C10MLJC3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MLJC3WT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that strips water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type with a 5 um filter element, a manual drain on its metal bowl, a round pressure gauge scaled in bar, an NPT3/8 (3/8 in) port and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and can be ordered with manual, automatic or differential-pressure draining, 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, PT, G or NPT threads, and with or without a mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated low-pressure air to glue applicator pumps on a corrugated case-sealing line, with the 5 um element keeping metering valves clear of particulate.
Holds set air pressure to swing clamps and positioners on a weld fixture; the manual drain lets an operator bleed accumulated condensate during shift checks.
Supplies filtered, regulated low-pressure air to transducers and small actuators on a lab or pilot-plant skid, with the bar-scale gauge giving a clear readout at setup.
The real choices on this series: step between sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 to match the port and flow path your line needs; choose manual, automatic or differential-pressure draining; pick 40 um standard filtration or the finer 5 um W grade fitted here; select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and the embedded square or external round style; order PT as the standard thread or G (BSPP) and NPT as options; and include or omit the mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
Flow for the GFR300 series is published as curves in the AirTAC datasheet, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and port size and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The L marks the low-pressure regulator type, selected where the circuit runs below the range of the standard regulator. The exact adjustment window for the low-pressure type is not published in the catalogue, so ask us to confirm it against the datasheet for your set pressure. This unit also carries M for a manual drain and W for the 5 um filter element.
