The AirTAC GFR300C10MLJF1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10MLJF1WT is a filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This 300-size unit is built with a 3/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer W grade, against the 40 um standard), a manual drain on the metal bowl, the low-pressure regulator type, and an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa. No mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT to order), bracket and low-pressure type. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Where pneumatic clamps and swing cylinders on a fixture are held at a low set pressure, this filter regulator cleans the supply through the 5 um element and regulates the clamp circuit, with the embedded square gauge giving a direct MPa readout at the setpoint.
Feeding the pick-and-place and sealing cylinders on a packaging line, the unit strips water and fine particles before they reach the valves, and the low-pressure regulator type suits circuits that run well below full line pressure. The manual drain fits a shift-based maintenance routine.
On a paint or coating line, the 5 um element helps keep fine contamination out of spray nozzles downstream while the regulator sets the low delivery pressure the process calls for. The metal bowl with manual drain suits a supervised environment on a planned drain schedule.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: 200, 300, 400 and 600 move up in port from 1/8 to 1 in, so size the unit against the flow your line needs rather than the pipe alone. Where a bowl is fitted you can pick the differential-pressure drain default, an automatic drain for unattended condensate removal, or a manual drain as here, emptied by hand on your maintenance schedule. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with the W code, as on this unit. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge (MPa, psi or bar scale) or an external round gauge; thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be added.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Tell us your line pressure and the flow your application needs, and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet before you order.
This unit carries the M code, so condensate is emptied by hand from the metal bowl on your maintenance schedule. If the installation runs unattended, the same 300-size filter regulator can be specified with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain default - ask us to quote the variant.
