The AirTAC GFR300C10MLJF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10MLJF2K is a GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point in one compact body. This configuration is built on the 300 size with a PT3/8 port (PT thread as standard; G and NPT are order options), the low-pressure regulator type, a metal bowl with manual drain, a 40 um standard filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a fitted reverse/check valve, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port choices from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) filtration, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and a low-pressure (L) regulator option. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and the full datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for the cylinders and grippers on a carton-sealing or wrapping line, with the square psi gauge giving operators a local set-point readout at the machine.
Powers diverters, stoppers and pusher cylinders along a sorting conveyor, with the fitted reverse/check valve helping hold the downstream circuit if upstream pressure dips.
Clean, regulated air for bench-top test rigs and lab automation, where the manual drain suits infrequent, controlled blowdown during scheduled maintenance.
Choose the size and port step (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 inch) against the air demand of your circuit, and let us confirm the match against the published flow curves before you order. Drain type is a real decision: this model is manual drain, meaning the bowl is emptied by hand during routine maintenance; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available in the family for hard-to-reach or unattended installations. Filtration here is the 40 um standard element, with 5 um (code W) where finer filtration is needed. The embedded square gauge reads psi; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are options. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and brackets are optional - this configuration has no bracket. Note that the L code makes this the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so we confirm it on request.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit has a manual drain: the bowl must be drained by hand as part of routine maintenance. If the installation is hard to reach or runs unattended, the GFR family also offers automatic and differential-pressure drain options - we can identify the equivalent model for you.
