The AirTAC GFR300C10MLJF2TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10MLJF2TK is a size-300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is a low-pressure type with a manual drain, a 40 um standard filter element, an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, a fitted reverse/check valve, and no mounting bracket. It is ported 3/8 in with NPT thread and carries a metal bowl. Maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of ports and threads (PT standard; G and NPT as order options), drain types, filter grades and gauge scales. Flow figures for this series are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A filtered, regulated supply to clamp cylinders on a machining fixture: the 40 um element keeps chips-laden shop air from scoring seal surfaces, the low-pressure regulation suits sensitive clamp force settings, and the psi gauge lets a setter read the line directly.
Air prep for the gate and divert cylinders that route bottles between conveyor lanes. The manual drain lets an operator bleed accumulated water at shift start, and the reverse/check valve holds the regulated circuit if upstream supply dips.
A low-pressure regulated feed for bench-top test rigs and pneumatic instrumentation. The square psi gauge gives a clear local reading, the metal bowl suits a fixed installation, and the 3/8 in NPT port drops straight into standard lab pipework.
Start with the size and port: this unit is size 300 with a 3/8 in NPT port; if your line needs more or less flow capacity, step up or down through sizes 200/300/400/600, each with its own port range. Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. Other real choices in this family: drain type (manual, as fitted here, versus automatic or differential-pressure), filter grade (40 um standard, as here, or 5 um with code W), gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - this unit is psi), thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order), and bracket (this configuration has none). Note this is the low-pressure type; its exact regulation range is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us if your setpoint is critical.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code selects a manual drain: someone drains the bowl by hand rather than relying on an automatic or differential-pressure drain. It is a good fit where air demand is light, where an operator is already on site, or where you want zero reliance on automatic drain hardware. If nobody will be at the unit regularly, ask us about the automatic or differential-pressure drain variants.
