The AirTAC GFR300C10MLJF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MLJF3WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: a single body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration has 3/8 in NPT ports, a 5 um filter element (code W, finer than the 40 um standard), a metal bowl with manual drain, a low-pressure regulator, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, and a reverse/check valve fitted. No mounting bracket is included with this code. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options for drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, with G and NPT as catalogue options) and bracket. Flow for this family is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to clamp cylinders on a CNC fixture: the 5 um element keeps fine particulate out of the clamp circuit while the low-pressure regulator holds the clamping force the fixture was designed around, and the check valve backs up the set pressure if the upstream supply dips.
Supply air for gripper and guide cylinders on a bottling or cartoning conveyor. The manual drain lets an operator bleed accumulated water at a planned check such as shift start, and the bar-scaled square gauge gives a direct local pressure reading at the station.
Clean, low-pressure air for bench-top test rigs and instrument panels: the 5 um element protects sensitive downstream devices, and the metal bowl suits installations where a metal pressure vessel is preferred over a polycarbonate bowl.
The real choices on this family: step the size (200/300/400/600) and port (1/8 in to 1 in) against the flow your line needs; pick the drain - differential-pressure (default), automatic (A) or manual (M, as coded here); pick the filter grade, 40 um standard or 5 um with W; pick the gauge, embedded square as standard or external round optional, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; pick the thread, PT standard with G and NPT as order options; and the bracket, included unless J is coded. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type, and its exact adjustment range is not published - we confirm it from the datasheet on request. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to check the curve against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request.
Manual drain means an operator opens the drain to release collected water on a planned schedule, such as at shift start. If you would rather have automatic or differential-pressure draining, those drain codes exist in the same GFR300 family - tell us and we will confirm the right variant for your installation.
