The AirTAC GFR300C10MLJNWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR300C10MLJNWTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure. This configuration is a size 300 unit with a 3/8 in NPT thread, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a manual drain on the metal bowl, the low-pressure regulator type, and a built-in reverse (check) valve. It is supplied without a gauge and without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options across drain type (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), filter grade (40 um standard or 5 um), gauge and scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT to order) and bracket. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a weaving line, jet nozzles run on reduced air pressure that must stay clean and dry. This filter regulator strips water and fine particulate down to 5 um before the nozzles and holds the low setpoint the loom calls for, with the manual drain opened at shift start to clear accumulated condensate.
Stopper and guide cylinders on a bottling conveyor need steady, low-pressure air. This unit filters the shop supply to 5 um and regulates it down for the actuators, while the fitted reverse (check) valve keeps the downstream circuit supplied if upstream pressure dips. The manual drain is bled off during cleaning downtime.
Atomizing air at a paint or coating station must be regulated to a low, stable setting and free of water carryover that would spoil the finish. This filter regulator conditions the supply to 5 um and holds the reduced pressure to the gun circuit; the metal bowl with manual drain is emptied as part of the booth's end-of-day routine.
Every choice in this family is decodable from the code. Step through sizes 200/300/400/600 and the matching port (here NPT3/8) against the flow your line needs. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (default), automatic, or manual as fitted here - manual means the bowl is emptied by opening the drain periodically. Choose the element: 40 um standard or 5 um (W) as fitted here for finer protection of downstream equipment. Add a gauge (embedded square or external round, with MPa, psi or bar scales) if you want the setpoint visible - this unit is supplied without one. Thread is PT as standard; G and NPT are order options. A mounting bracket can be included or omitted (omitted here). Published flow data is curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow data as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us the flow and pressure your line needs and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The metal bowl collects water separated from the air, and with a manual drain someone opens the drain periodically to expel it. If you would rather not rely on operator routine, the GFR family also offers automatic and differential-pressure drain options - ask us and we can identify the alternate code.
