The AirTAC GFR300C10MNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MNWT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body, with a 3/8 in NPT port. This configuration carries the 5 um filter element (the finer of the two grades offered), a manual drain, no gauge, and a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the setting range with the manual drain is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. On size 300 units the bowl is polycarbonate.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and can be ordered with PT or G threads instead of NPT, with 40 um or 5 um elements, with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, and with or without a gauge. AirTAC publishes flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Mounted ahead of the machine's solenoid valve stack, it strips water and fine particles from shop air with the 5 um element and holds a steady pressure setting to the tool-change and clamping circuits, with the manual drain emptied at shift checks.
Fitted at the drop feeding gripper cylinders and sealing jaws on a packaging conveyor, it filters incoming air and regulates it to the level the actuators were designed around, one point of prep for the whole drop.
Supplying pneumatic actuators on dampers, diverters and gate valves along a processing line, it keeps particulate and condensed water out of the actuator air while holding the regulator at the pressure the line was commissioned at.
Choose the size by port and flow: size 300 with its 3/8 in port suits mid-range circuits, while sizes 200, 400 and 600 step the flow capacity down or up - ask us to check the flow curve against your demand, since AirTAC publishes curves rather than one rated number. Drain type is a real choice: this unit is manual drain, which allows the widest 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range; automatic and differential-pressure drain versions set 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Filter grade is 5 um here; 40 um is the standard alternative. A gauge can be specified if you want a visual setpoint, and the thread can be PT or G instead of NPT. We confirm sizing from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Ask us and we will confirm the datasheet curve for the GFR300 at your operating pressure and check it against your application before you order.
Condensate collects in the polycarbonate bowl and is released by operating the manual drain at service intervals, so someone needs to attend the unit regularly. If you prefer unattended draining, the same GFR300 series is available with automatic or differential-pressure drains; note those versions have a 0.15-0.9 MPa setting range, while this manual-drain unit sets 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
